Who we are

This website, gulnazamin.com, is operated by Gulnaz Amin Atelier at Somjee House, 8, Dr Coyaji Road, Hulshur, Camp, Pune, Maharashtra 411001, India. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the atelier.

Our appointment form asks for your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, enquiry type, budget and message. You may also provide your event date and city. The form includes the page from which you submitted your enquiry so we can understand the service you are interested in.

If you continue with a consultation or commission, you may choose to share measurements, fitting information, photographs, design references, delivery details and correspondence. Please send only information relevant to your request and obtain permission before sharing another person’s photographs or details.

The saree consultation form prepares a WhatsApp message in your browser. It does not submit those fields to our appointment service or save the draft in browser storage. Opening the WhatsApp link passes your draft to WhatsApp; you review and send the message there. Nothing is sent to the atelier automatically.

Information from your visit

Our hosting and security services may process technical information such as your IP address, browser, requested pages and request times to deliver and protect the website. The appointment endpoint uses your IP address temporarily to limit repeated submissions and help prevent spam.

Google Analytics loads automatically when you visit the website and collects information about visits and interactions, including pages viewed, device and browser information and approximate location. Page URLs may be included in analytics events. Do not put personal information into website URLs.

Your cookie preferences are stored on your device. Our Instagram feed loads through SociableKIT only when you allow external media. Google Fonts supplies the site’s typefaces and receives technical request information, including your IP address, when your browser requests the fonts. See our Cookie Policy for details.

Why we use your information

We use enquiry and consultation information to respond to you, arrange appointments, understand your design preferences, prepare quotations and, where you commission a garment, coordinate design, fittings, completion and delivery. We also use information to maintain relevant business records, protect the website and handle questions or disputes.

We use information for the enquiry or service you request, with your permission where required, and for applicable record-keeping and security obligations. Cookie settings control the optional Instagram feed; Google Analytics loads automatically and is not controlled by those settings. An enquiry is not permission to add you to unrelated marketing lists.

Who receives information

Our website is hosted through Cloudflare. Appointment enquiries are forwarded to Formspree for delivery to the atelier. Google provides our fonts, analytics and the Google reviews service. The optional Instagram feed is supplied by SociableKIT. These providers may process information on infrastructure outside India under their own terms and privacy arrangements.

WhatsApp, Instagram and Google Maps are separate services. They receive information when you follow their links or interact with their features. Their privacy policies apply to what you do on those services. Relevant links: Cloudflare, Formspree, Google, SociableKIT and WhatsApp.

Where needed for an agreed commission, relevant information may be shared with people assisting with fittings, making or delivery, or with professional advisers and authorities where legally required. We do not sell website enquiry details.

Retention and security

We keep information for the time needed to respond to your enquiry, manage an ongoing commission and meet applicable business, accounting or legal requirements. Retention depends on the information and our relationship with you. Third-party providers manage their own records under their policies.

The website uses HTTPS, server-side delivery of appointment enquiries and basic spam controls. No internet transmission or storage method is completely secure. Please avoid sending identity documents, payment card information or unrelated sensitive information through the enquiry forms.

Your choices and requests

You can change optional cookie choices at any time using “Cookie settings” in the footer or on the Cookie Policy page. You can contact the atelier to ask about the information you have shared, request correction or deletion, withdraw permission for an optional use, or raise a privacy concern.
