By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the website. You can still contact the atelier directly with a question.
Please use the website lawfully and respectfully. Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access, disrupt the website, introduce harmful code, submit spam or impersonate another person. Provide accurate contact details and share only material you are entitled to use.
Enquiries and appointments
Sending a form, preparing a WhatsApp message or requesting an appointment does not confirm a booking, create an order or reserve production time. A booking or commission is confirmed only when the atelier has reviewed your requirements and agreed the arrangements with you.
Atelier visits are by appointment. Please confirm your visit before travelling. Remote consultations, fitting arrangements and international delivery are subject to discussion and availability.
Your commission
The website presents our work and services. Design scope, fabric, embroidery, measurements, fitting arrangements, price, payment schedule, delivery, changes, cancellations and any refund arrangements must be agreed for your individual commission before you proceed. These website terms do not create a blanket no-refund policy or replace an agreed quotation.
Any indicative price or timeline is subject to the final design and the atelier’s confirmation. Share your event date, delivery destination and any important requirements early. Confirm the agreed production and delivery plan before relying on it for travel or an event.
Handmade work can have natural variations. Colours and textures may appear differently on screens, in photographs and under different lighting. Discuss samples, measurements and approvals with the atelier when finalising your design. This does not limit any applicable rights concerning quality, description or remedies.
Our work and website content
The designs, photographs, films, text, logos and other website material belong to the atelier or their respective rights holders. You may browse the website and keep references for your personal, non-commercial consideration. Reproduction, commercial use or republication requires the relevant rights holder’s permission, except where the law permits otherwise.
When you share photographs or design references, you allow us to review them for your enquiry and any agreed commission. Sharing a private reference does not by itself give us permission to publish your personal photographs. Any separate permission for publicity should be discussed with the atelier.
Third-party services
Links and features from WhatsApp, Instagram, Google Maps, Google, SociableKIT and other providers are offered for convenience. Those services operate under their own terms, privacy policies and availability. We do not control their content or the way they handle information.
